Future Finance Leaders Program

Location: Prague General Office, Czech Republic; hybrid work model with flexible hours and the opportunity to work from abroad for a set number of days each year.

Salary: 63,120 CZK gross per month for full-time employment.

What you will do

• Collaborate with brand and sales teams on new product launches and assess their financial impact.
• Explore business opportunities in emerging channels such as e-commerce and discount retail.
• Improve cost competitiveness across manufacturing processes.
• Work in a multifunctional team and contribute to business development and decision-making.

Requirements

• Be a third-, fourth-, or fifth-year business or technology student, or a recent graduate.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English.
• Strong initiative, problem-solving ability, analytical thinking, and leadership skills.
• Positive attitude toward challenges and change.
• Good interpersonal and multinational cooperation skills, including experience from international exchanges or voluntary work.
