What you will do
- Operate and maintain financial benchmarks in line with regulatory standards.
- Monitor benchmark data, perform quality checks, and resolve discrepancies.
- Support the calculation and timely publication of benchmark values.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address queries and provide information.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and the implementation of new benchmarks.
- Prepare regulatory and internal reports and documentation.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel and data management tools.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
- One to three years of experience in financial operations, data analysis, or benchmark administration is advantageous.
- Fluent English required; Czech language skills are advantageous.
