Salary: $68,000–$97,000 per year, with possible performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

  • Supervise daily transactional and account-processing activities across multiple asset and client types.
  • Review and approve securities transactions and specified mid-tier cash transactions in the trust accounting system.
  • Monitor quality control, documentation, deadlines, client contact, and regulatory risk across team processes.
  • Resolve escalated client issues and complex transactions involving regulatory sensitivity and elevated operational risk.
  • Coach, mentor, train, schedule, and evaluate team members, including supporting hiring and performance management.
  • Partner with managers, Sales, Relationship Management, and other internal stakeholders on procedures, projects, and high-net-worth account initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent financial services experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial services, securities processing, or asset servicing.
  • At least 1–2 years of leadership experience managing a financial services team.
  • Knowledge of financial services products, compliance requirements, quality control, client service, and complex operational processes.
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, judgment, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office in a high-volume, deadline-driven office environment.

Nice to have

  • At least 5 years of alternative investment experience.
  • Certified IRA Services Professional (CISP) certification.
  • Self Directed IRA Industry Professional (SDIP) certification.
