Lead, IAM Platform Operations (IAM)

Location: Tempe, Arizona, United States; onsite role

What you will do

• Lead operational support and administration for enterprise IAM platforms and services.
• Manage platform health, availability, resiliency, maintenance, upgrades, and operational readiness.
• Monitor service performance, operational metrics, and SLA attainment, driving remediation when needed.
• Coordinate incident, problem, and change management activities for IAM platforms.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Risk, and Technology teams to transition capabilities into production support and maintain audit evidence, procedures, and runbooks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity, technology operations, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting enterprise IAM technologies and security platforms.
• Working knowledge of identity governance, privileged access management, authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience with incident management, service operations, platform support, and operational monitoring.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with CyberArk, Saviynt, Entra ID, Okta, Ping, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of ITIL, NIST, COBIT, and cybersecurity control frameworks.
• Financial services or other highly regulated industry experience.
• Relevant CISSP, CISM, ITIL, CyberArk, Saviynt, or Microsoft Security certifications.
