ServiceNow System Administrator - IT Services - Full Time Remote (ServiceNow)

Location: Remote - New Hampshire, United States; working hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00 ET.

What you will do

• Monitor and maintain the ServiceNow platform to support stability, performance, and availability.
• Manage user accounts, roles, groups, permissions, and user activity.
• Maintain data integrity across Incident, Request, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management modules.
• Support ITIL-aligned change management, including assessment, testing, and implementation of approved changes.
• Coordinate platform upgrades, patches, hotfixes, and routine maintenance with vendors and internal teams.
• Build service catalog items, forms, notifications, and integrations with other systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or four years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree.
• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification required.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow administration experience required.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow architecture required.
• Healthcare-environment experience is preferred.
• Availability for Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00 ET work hours.
