Quality Supervisor - 2nd/3rd Shift

Location: Pinetops, North Carolina, United States; onsite, primarily 2nd shift from approximately 2:30 PM to 12:00 AM

What you will do

• Lead the 2nd- and 3rd-shift quality testing, inspection, and technician teams supporting production.
• Ensure products and systems comply with internal, customer, and industry requirements before release.
• Assess safety risks and implement plans to protect personnel and equipment.
• Work with HR to staff, train, coach, and develop the quality organization, including approximately 25 direct reports.
• Drive preventive quality practices, process management, equipment improvements, audits, and corrective actions.
• Use analytics to identify risks, failures, and non-conformances and prevent product defects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience in quality, manufacturing, or engineering.
• Prior supervisory or management experience is required.
• Knowledge of quality tools including RCA, 8D, and CAPA, plus test techniques and voltage/current testing equipment.
• Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 requirements and familiarity with IEEE and UL standards; SAP knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must already possess authorization to work for hirify.global in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, and Power BI.
• Experience with testing equipment used in the power and protection market.
