What you will do

• Establish and operate the rider equipment mall system, including sales planning, product iteration, warehouse and distribution process optimization, and after-sales policy improvement.
• Develop external commercial partnerships for services such as phone cards, car rentals, and battery swapping.
• Build rider care programs, including festival benefits and skills training, while strengthening rider culture, loyalty, and team stability.
• Monitor mall sales data and rider feedback to optimize product selection, service processes, operational efficiency, and user satisfaction.
• Integrate resources and develop monetization opportunities for operational capacity management.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in e-commerce system operations, logistics, warehouse, or distribution process management.
• Ability to analyze operational data, sales performance, and user feedback.
• Ability to develop commercial partnerships and operational service models.
• Ability to organize rider care, training, and culture-building initiatives.
• Ability to work in Warsaw, Poland.
