Project Coordinator (Data Centre)

What you will do

• Provide daily administrative support to the project management team, including meeting scheduling, report preparation, and document maintenance.
• Organize and update client reports, trackers, dashboards, and other project documentation.
• Coordinate communication between the PMC team, contractors, client representatives, and other stakeholders.
• Track deadlines, resources, milestones, project issues, risks, and change requests.
• Support budget tracking by monitoring purchase orders, invoices, vendor contracts, and expenditures.
• Coordinate deliveries, personnel onboarding, site logistics, and safety documentation.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with experience supporting large-scale projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with construction processes, project documentation, and tools such as Google Suite and BIM360.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
• A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience is valued.

• Prior experience coordinating or supporting data centre projects.
