Location: Plymouth, Minnesota, United States; hybrid schedule with remote work permitted 2 days per week

Salary: $187,000–$197,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and manage data product roadmaps, backlogs, product increments, epics, narratives, and delivery timelines.
• Elicit requirements, identify business pain points, and develop data-driven solutions with stakeholders.
• Work with digital leaders to ingest, curate, and deliver data through the enterprise data and analytics platform.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, developers, UX teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Establish KPIs to measure product adoption, business impact, continuous improvement, and value creation.
• Promote data-driven decision-making and a data-centric culture across business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative engineering field.
• Seven years of experience as a Data Product Manager, Data Scientist, Product Manager, or in a related data and analytics product management role.
• Experience creating data and analytics product roadmaps using Agile methodologies, including epics, features, and backlog prioritization.
• Experience working with data engineering and analytics teams on scalable data models and pipelines.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms, data governance, data quality, and regulatory requirements affecting data use.
• Experience using SQL, Python, and Azure DevOps for data analysis, validation, aggregation, and Agile delivery.
