Junior IT Specialist

What you will do

• Support and administer macOS, Linux (Ubuntu), and Windows environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, system, and software issues.
• Configure laptops, reinstall operating systems, and install required software.
• Manage users and permissions in Google Workspace, Atlassian, and similar platforms.
• Manage IT equipment sourcing, inventory, and deliveries for contractors.
• Maintain internal lab environments, networks, technical documentation, and basic automation scripts.

Requirements

• Experience troubleshooting hardware, systems, and applications.
• Experience with macOS, Linux (Ubuntu), or Windows.
• Experience configuring laptops, reinstalling operating systems, and setting up software.
• Experience managing users and permissions in Google Workspace, Atlassian, or similar platforms.
• Basic scripting knowledge or strong interest in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Intermediate or higher English level required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SaaS systems and cloud services.
• Previous experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration.
