Global Solutions Engineer (AI Security)

Location: Canada; remote. Travel of up to 50% across North America and internationally is required.

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, solution design, architecture workshops, demonstrations, and proofs of value for the global MSSP program.
• Help MSSP partners design and scale managed security services using hirify.global Fusion and the broader cybersecurity portfolio.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for AI security solutions, including AI Defense and future offerings.
• Build AI security demonstrations, lab environments, attack simulations, and repeatable technical evaluation methods.
• Create technical assets, service blueprints, enablement materials, and field-ready best practices.
• Mentor Sales Engineers and partner engineers while representing hirify.global in customer briefings, events, webinars, and industry forums.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Security Architecture, security consulting, MSSP engineering, or a similar customer-facing cybersecurity role.
• Experience with MSSP sales, partner engagements, service architecture, or managed security service development.
• Strong knowledge of MDR, XDR, SIEM, SOAR, endpoint security, cloud security, threat detection, incident response, and security integrations.
• Understanding of artificial intelligence, generative AI systems, AI application architectures, and AI security risks.
• Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, integrating, operating, and troubleshooting cybersecurity products and tools.
• Ability to work with APIs, automation, cloud platforms, Linux and Windows environments, networking, identity systems, and security telemetry.

Nice to have

• Security Operations Center, security engineering, incident response, or cybersecurity leadership experience.
• Scripting and automation experience with Python, PowerShell, Bash, APIs, or similar tools.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms, AI agents, model APIs, private or open-source models, containers, Kubernetes, and DevSecOps.
• Industry speaking, technical publishing, cybersecurity thought leadership, or relevant cybersecurity, cloud, architecture, or AI certifications.
• Experience with hirify.global technologies.
