Cybersecurity Consultant (AI)

Location: Brussels, Belgium; hybrid work from home, client sites, or the Brussels office. Temporary assignments abroad, including France and the Netherlands, may be required.

What you will do

• Deliver cybersecurity consulting, implementation, and audit work under the guidance of experienced consultants.
• Work across cyber strategy, cyber risk, compliance, security operations, and cyber resilience engagements.
• Support projects involving cloud, infrastructure, endpoint, application, IoT, industrial, data, and cryptographic security.
• Contribute to threat hunting, digital forensics, incident response, vulnerability management, penetration testing, and business continuity initiatives.
• Develop new SaaS offers and cybersecurity solutions in the hirify.global CyberLab, including AI-focused benchmarks and proofs of concept.
• Contribute to cybersecurity publications, webinars, studies, professional events, and industry monitoring.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, statistics, or econometrics.
• 1–3 years of relevant cybersecurity consulting experience.
• Strong interest in data and AI topics, with the ability to build expertise quickly.
• Knowledge of one or more of Python, C++, Java, Ruby, Node, Go, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of IP networks, operating systems, cloud platforms, applications, and cryptography; blockchain knowledge is beneficial.
• French, Dutch, and English language skills are required. Work permit sponsorship is not available.
