Senior IT Project Manager – Disaster Recovery & Cyber Resilience in Pharma

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of disaster recovery and cyber resilience initiatives across APAC, Europe, multiple regions, and sites.
• Establish an in-region co-location DR facility covering network connectivity, storage, Nutanix, VMware, firewalls, and application onboarding.
• Coordinate recovery planning, testing, application readiness, and site failover exercises for business-critical services.
• Drive Ansible-based recovery automation through technical runbooks and recovery playbooks.
• Manage cyber resilience initiatives including Citrix modernization, Azure MFA, malware protection, and remediation of security findings.
• Own planning, budgets, resources, dependencies, RAID management, governance, vendor coordination, and executive reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of IT project management experience, preferably in disaster recovery, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or business continuity.
• Strong knowledge of disaster recovery, business continuity, recovery testing, failover, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments with GxP documentation.
• Experience with VMware, Nutanix, storage, networking, firewalls, and co-location or data center environments.
• Fluent business English and strong stakeholder management, governance, communication, and executive reporting skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ansible and infrastructure automation or recovery orchestration.
• Understanding of MFA, malware protection, Citrix, and security remediation.
