Customer Success Consultant – Dutch speaker

Location: Amstelveen, Netherlands; flexible hybrid working from home and the office.

Salary: EUR 48,700–50,520 gross per year, including holiday allowance and the 13th monthly payment.

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with retail clients and act as a strategic advisor.
• Analyze market, category, and shopper data to identify opportunities and risks.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Deliver presentations and business reviews to client stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to increase client value and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with analytics, commercial, and operational teams while supporting clients in using NIQ solutions.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in customer success, consulting, category management, insights, analytics, or account management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Ability to turn data into stories and recommendations and influence stakeholders.
• Interest in consumer behavior and retail trends, with commercial awareness.

Nice to have

• Experience in FMCG, retail, or market research.
