Senior SAP Expert (SRE)

What you will do

• Build, test, deploy, and maintain reliable information systems and end-to-end customer services.
• Design and implement application monitoring to meet reliability and performance goals.
• Manage incidents, escalations, operational load, and overflow using appropriate tools and metrics.
• Define service level indicators and objectives with business, development, DevSecOps, Operations, and customer stakeholders.
• Provide solution design and strategic advice across enterprise infrastructure, customer sites, and cloud platforms.
• Identify operational issues and implement improvements focused on quality, robustness, security, and reliability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in operational management, including incident management and escalations.
• Experience with enterprise environments using Windows Server, Linux Server, UNIX, storage, and hyperscaler cloud platforms.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, OpenShift, or other public cloud platforms.
• Experience with JSON, YAML, Bash, and/or PowerShell.
• Customer-focused, collaborative, proactive, and able to work strategically across technical and business teams.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another highly technical or scientific discipline is preferred.

Nice to have

• Expertise with Ansible, Terraform, and Python.
• Experience with Kubernetes and distributed technologies.
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, or Loki.
• RHEL, AIX, or Solaris experience.
