Principal AI Engineer

Location: Hybrid in Cairo or Sofia

What you will do

• Define engineering strategy and architecture standards for AI-driven software delivery in manufacturing projects.
• Implement AI governance and support enterprise-scale adoption of AI throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Lead the transformation toward AI-native engineering practices across requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Guide teams in applying LLM orchestration, RAG, knowledge systems, and AI engineering platforms.
• Ensure security, quality, traceability, and compliance across AI-enabled delivery practices.

Requirements

• Experience as a senior-level or principal AI engineer and foremost technical authority for AI-driven software delivery.
• Expertise in AI engineering platforms, LLM orchestration, RAG, and knowledge systems.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevSecOps, and AI governance frameworks.
• Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
