Location: Manchester, with 2 days in the office

Salary: £40,000–£49,000 per year

hirify.global is recruiting for an organisation with an established internal creative function focused on connecting with its audience through authentic digital content.

What you will do

• Concept, film and edit engaging short-form social content.
• Create hooks, scripts, captions and on-screen messaging.
• Develop content around social audience behaviour and platform-specific formats.
• Collaborate with on-camera contributors and occasionally appear on camera.
• Identify relevant trends, cultural moments and opportunities for timely content.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio of short-form social video and creative content.
• Confident filming and editing skills, particularly with mobile-first workflows.
• Strong knowledge of social platforms, formats and audience behaviour.
• Creative copywriting and scripting skills with a natural social voice.
• Excellent organisation, prioritisation and delivery skills in a high-output environment.
