Engineering Manager, Product Platform (Fintech)

Location: Poland; the posted salary range applies to roles in Warsaw. Applicants must have legal authorization to work in Poland from the first day of employment. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: 425,000–510,000 PLN base salary.

What you will do

• Drive technical direction for cross-cutting platform products across hirify.global.
• Shape product features, technical debt reduction, and scalability improvements.
• Build, manage, coach, and mentor a team of software engineers.
• Deliver platform solutions for internal and external clients and improve engineering processes.
• Collaborate with partner teams and cross-functional stakeholders on platform strategies and delivery.
• Manage software projects across the SDLC, including estimation, planning, and execution.

Requirements

• Extensive software engineering experience.
• Experience leading software engineering teams, preferably in platform engineering.
• Experience or interest in financial technology.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Commitment to developing people and coaching engineers.
• Legal authorization to work in Poland from the first day of employment.
