Principal Consultant (Legal Sector)

What you will do

• Lead complex enterprise engagements from discovery through delivery.
• Design scalable solutions for relationship management, pipelines, and institutional knowledge.
• Advise C-suite and senior stakeholders on platform strategy and data architecture.
• Lead workshops, shape data migration plans, and create design documentation with technical leads.
• Collaborate with product, customer success, and support teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Contribute to pre-sales scoping, solution design, delivery frameworks, and mentoring of junior colleagues.

Requirements

• Five or more years of client-facing software implementation experience on complex enterprise engagements.
• Hands-on experience with professional services platforms such as DealCloud, InterAction, Peppermint/Litera, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
• Confidence leading workshops and advising senior stakeholders.
• A degree in information systems, business administration, or equivalent experience.
• SQL or relational database knowledge is a bonus.
