What you will do

• Lead strategic FinOps client engagements, workshops, complex project delivery, and executive-level presentations.
• Assess cloud financial management practices, analyse consumption and cost data, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Help clients develop FinOps operating models, governance, cost management, tagging, and allocation strategies.
• Support pre-sales, proposal development, solution design, and the evolution of FinOps services.
• Build trusted relationships with strategic customers and manage complex stakeholder discussions and escalations.
• Mentor colleagues, deliver knowledge transfer, and contribute to the FinOps Centre of Excellence.

Requirements

• Extensive enterprise FinOps experience and at least 5 years of relevant experience in cloud economics, FinOps, or related domains.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud vendor contracts, licensing, and optimization strategies across Microsoft, AWS, and other cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical, reporting, communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience leading change across service lines, mentoring colleagues, and managing complex client engagements.
• Master’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent or professional English is required, along with a valid UK working visa.

Nice to have

• FinOps Practitioner certification.
• At least two relevant certifications or exams: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Cloud Economics, Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals, and GCP Digital Leader.
