What you will do
- Provide L3 support for messaging products including WhatsApp, Viber, RCS, email, voice, and chatbots.
- Manage fault, configuration, and performance processes for live products.
- Maintain 24x7 monitoring and coordinate with Support and Operations teams to target 99.99% product availability.
- Monitor AWS CloudWatch logs and service uptime.
- Generate performance reports from logs and database queries and analyze the results.
- Build escalation workflows, automate issue notifications, and follow change management processes with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer in an API or messaging company.
- Experience with cloud-based projects, especially AWS.
- Experience supporting API-based microservices architectures.
- Understanding of messaging call flows and related technologies.
- Knowledge of Linux, database queries such as PostgreSQL, incident management, and ticketing tools.
- Experience with API tracing, troubleshooting, and log analysis for fault localization and detection.
