TL;DR
SRE (Kubernetes/DevOps): Maintaining and developing on-premise Kubernetes infrastructure and reliable deployment platforms with an accent on high availability, infrastructure automation, and production operations. Focus on building CI/CD and provisioning workflows, analyzing performance and scalability anomalies, and improving security and operational resilience.
Location: Paris, hybrid; up to 2 days of remote work per week

What you will do
- Maintain and develop the on-premise Kubernetes cloud solution.
- Implement deployment and industrialization tools and practices, including CI/CD, blue/green deployments, canary releases, and rollbacks.
- Automate provisioning of resilient infrastructure for product teams.
- Support regular releases by working with development teams and maintain services in operational condition.
- Analyze performance and scalability issues through load testing and historical deployment analysis.
- Supervise the application portfolio with the NOC, manage access and security, and contribute to technical-debt reduction and the SRE community.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar SRE or DevOps role.
- Experience with high-availability production environments and on-call operations.
- Good knowledge of Linux, DevOps practices, agile methods, Gitflow, and system administration.
- Hands-on experience with Packer, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes on premise, and Kubernetes Operators.
- Experience with GitLab, ArgoCD, Alerta, ELK, Prometheus, Consul, Vault, and databases such as PostgreSQL, MariaDB, and Elasticsearch.
- Strong verbal and written English skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Shell, Python, or Go.
