Product Owner (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the European Region; hybrid workplace with fully remote work available from almost anywhere, optional offices, and relocation support.

What you will do

• Define and evolve the Processing product vision, strategy, and 12–24 month roadmap.
• Own payment products and capabilities across payment flows, methods, routing, settlement, failures, reconciliation, and operational processes.
• Lead complex initiatives spanning multiple product and engineering teams from problem definition through delivery.
• Validate hypotheses with data, customer feedback, and operational insights, then define scalable solutions and business logic.
• Set domain-level success metrics and use payment performance data to improve conversion, reliability, cost, and scalability.
• Mentor Product Managers and communicate priorities, trade-offs, and progress to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience, preferably in B2B, fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure.
• Experience owning a complex product area or domain and managing a 12–24 month roadmap.
• Practical knowledge of payment flows, payment methods, payment economics, and their operational implications.
• Experience driving complex cross-team or cross-domain initiatives and structuring ambiguous problems.
• Strong understanding of B2B operations across Operations, Finance, Support, Compliance, and commercial functions.
• Strong written and verbal English at B2–C1+ level.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of fiat payment infrastructure, acquiring, card payment flows, PSPs, payment gateways, alternative payment methods, or payment orchestration.
• Understanding of authorization, capture, settlement, reconciliation, refunds, chargebacks, and payment failures.
• Experience with crypto payments, blockchain infrastructure, wallets, custody, or digital assets.
• Experience in regulated financial environments or designing products that automate manual operational processes.
