Product Manager, Compliance & Onboarding (Crypto)

Salary: 70,000 USD annual base compensation plus benefits

Stablecoin and crypto infrastructure platform serving the payments industry and helping payment companies launch crypto and stablecoin products.

What you will do

• Own KYB and KYC onboarding flows for clients, merchants, and end customers.
• Design onboarding experiences that satisfy regulatory requirements and convert effectively.
• Own the compliance suite across crypto and fiat transactions, including sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, risk scoring, fraud prevention, and the Travel Rule.
• Drive automation and responsible AI across compliance workflows.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product management experience.
• Experience with compliance, onboarding, risk, or fraud products in payments, fintech, or crypto.
• Working knowledge of MiCA, US state MTLs, sanctions regimes, and AML across fiat and crypto rails.
• Ability to work remotely from the EU and align with CET.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Exposure to Austrian, EU, or US regulatory environments.
