Lead Consultant Prof Services ATC (Telecommunications)

Location: Bedminster, New Jersey, United States; customer visits and field sales activities are required, with collaboration from the assigned office location when available.

Salary: $134,600–$201,800 annually, plus commissions; total target compensation is $164,600–$231,800.

What you will do

• Manage complex billable projects from client identification through delivery, invoicing, and closure.
• Design, implement, test, and support strategic telecommunications and technology solutions.
• Build customer relationships, identify needs, prepare proposals, and support sales activities and strategic account plans.
• Coordinate vendors, customer stakeholders, delivery schedules, operational handoffs, risks, mitigations, and escalations.
• Manage managed IP network delivery, including circuit ordering, provisioning, installation, testing, acceptance, and incident escalation.
• Contribute to knowledge management, mentor colleagues, and support service development and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is desired.
• 8+ years of related sales experience and experience managing complex sales with limited supervision.
• Proven program or project management experience in telecommunications, network, technology, or public safety implementations.
• Working knowledge of ESInet, NG9-1-1, PSAP operations, migration readiness, and service continuity requirements.
• Experience coordinating GIS or jurisdictional data changes involving PSAP service areas, municipal boundaries, or emergency service boundaries.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, negotiation, problem-solving, relationship-building, and documentation skills.
