Consultant - Financial Institutions Consulting - Europe (Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Deliver consulting projects focused on buy-side and sell-side due diligence, valuation, asset screening, and growth strategy.
• Use consulting, transaction advisory, and life sciences expertise to address client and business questions.
• Conduct primary and secondary research, quantitative analysis, and qualitative assessment to develop evidence-based insights.
• Prepare high-quality client deliverables and communicate findings and recommendations to project leadership.
• Lead project workstreams and contribute to client relationship development.
• Support FIC capabilities through intellectual property, marketing materials, training, recruitment, and proposal development.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, M&A, business development and licensing, or a financial institution such as private equity or venture capital.
• Experience advising on commercial issues in biopharma or life sciences and supporting transactions, investments, due diligence, valuation, asset identification, growth strategy, or forecasting.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams with responsibility for overseeing project workstreams.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, qualitative research, problem-solving, critical-thinking, presentation, and report-writing skills.
• Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the biopharma and life sciences industry, with evidence of career progression in consulting or transaction advisory.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, fluency in English, willingness to travel, and the right to live and work in the recruiting country.
