Team Lead Customer Excellence (Multimedia Localization)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, mentor, and support a team of Multimedia Project Managers.
• Plan team capacity, workload distribution, and resource utilization.
• Oversee multimedia localization projects across dubbing, voice-over, AI voice, subtitling, lip-sync, lip manipulation, audio description, and content adaptation.
• Manage selected projects directly, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality-compliant delivery.
• Act as the first escalation point for project, customer, and operational issues, while managing risks and mitigation plans.
• Partner with Account and Program Managers to improve customer experience and develop scalable service solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in multimedia project management, media localization, dubbing, voice-over, content production, or a similar environment.
• Previous experience leading, mentoring, coaching, or coordinating project management teams.
• Experience managing complex multimedia localization projects from initiation through delivery.
• Understanding of multimedia localization workflows and production processes, including work with subtitlers, voice talents, AI dubbing experts, studios, vendors, and global stakeholders.
• Strong customer focus, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
