Cost & Budget Analysis & Control Analyst I

What you will do

• Analyze and allocate costs to maintain control of the business cost position.
• Estimate costs and prepare budgets for business units and countries.
• Prepare cost reports and collect financial data to support a global view.
• Monitor budgets and perform financial analysis.
• Calculate costs by product and country.
• Propose process improvements and use automation to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in business finance, internal audit, cost management, management control, or accounting.
• University degree; master's or postgraduate specialization is valued.
• Fluent English is required.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Knowledge of Python or other programming languages.
• Knowledge of AI tools, primarily Copilot, for task automation and efficiency improvements.
