Mid-level Communications/Change Management Analyst

Location: Washington, DC, United States; teleworking is permitted, with onsite work as needed

Salary: USD $139,000–$149,000 per year

What you will do

• Support communications and change management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop talking points, bulletins, brochures, blog posts, feature stories, briefings, presentations, reports, and policy memoranda.
• Formulate informational strategies for target audiences and support program adoption.
• Analyze communications effectiveness and compliance with policies, providing recommendations.
• Coordinate events, informational campaigns, stakeholder engagement, change readiness assessments, and training activities.
• Research and analyze information to support communication guidance and office operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in communications, change management, or related business operations support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop communication and change management materials, manage multiple deadlines, and work with stakeholders.
• Strong research, analytical, reporting, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC, as needed.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Five years of experience in corporate communications or change management.
• Prosci, CCMP, PMP, or another change management or project management certification.
• Experience with federal agencies, regulatory environments, FHFA, or OCIO operations and policies.
• Experience with IT operations communications and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools.
