Contracts Manager (Oil & Gas EPC)

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; based at the Client's Office or the Contractor's Office

hirify.global delivers science, technology, engineering, and mission-critical services, with this role supporting a major offshore Oil & Gas project through its Abu Dhabi PMC team.

What you will do

• Lead post-award contract administration and commercial management for assigned EPC, procurement, construction, and service contracts.
• Act as the PMC focal point between the Client, PMC team, and EPC contractors on contractual and commercial matters.
• Interpret contract terms, advise project management on rights, obligations, liabilities, and compliance, and review contractor correspondence.
• Manage variations, change orders, amendments, supplemental agreements, and the project Change Management process.
• Assess EOT submissions, delay, disruption, acceleration, productivity loss, and additional compensation claims.
• Maintain contractual records, support dispute avoidance, monitor contractor performance, and recommend risk mitigation actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, Commercial Management, Law, or a related discipline.
• Extensive Contracts or Commercial Management experience on Oil & Gas EPC or PMC projects.
• Strong experience in post-award administration of major EPC contracts, including claims, variations, EOTs, notices, and change management.
• Knowledge of EPC project execution across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and multiple EPC contractors, with strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to prepare contractual assessments, recommendations, correspondence, and management reports.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting major offshore Oil & Gas projects.
• Previous ADNOC, ADNOC Offshore PMC, or EPC project experience.
• Experience in dispute avoidance and resolution, contractor performance management, and contractual risk management.
