Logistics & Inventory Intern

Location: Amsterdam, hybrid, with occasional home working aligned with the team. EU working rights are required; candidates must have EU citizenship or be studying in the Netherlands.

Allowance: €625 per month for 40 hours per week, plus full reimbursement of travel expenses.

What you will do

• Identify and implement supply chain and logistics process improvements.
• Improve the Supply Chain Loss Tool and related analyses.
• Strengthen customer stock-in-trade and root-cause follow-up to support customer satisfaction.
• Automate and optimize reporting tools.
• Support inventory replenishment between warehouses and improve forecasting routines.
• Coordinate the monthly donation process with the national food bank.

Requirements

• Current bachelor’s or master’s enrolment in engineering, supply chain, business management, econometrics, mathematics, or a related field.
• Enrolment at a European university for at least 50% of the internship duration.
• EU working rights required: EU citizenship or current studies in the Netherlands.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Advanced Excel skills; PowerPoint and Power BI knowledge is advantageous.
• Availability for 40 hours per week.
