Product Manager - IT Power Supply

What you will do

• Drive product strategy and roadmap for industrial power supply products across the EMEA region.
• Collaborate with R&D, sales, marketing, and supply chain teams on product requirements and go-to-market plans.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
• Prepare product documentation, pricing models, launch materials, and sales tools.
• Support regional sales and Field Application Engineers through product training and technical guidance.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback, coordinate product lifecycle and localization efforts, and represent products at trade shows and customer meetings.

Requirements

• Native or professional fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in power electrical engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project or product management, including product strategy, product launches, and adoption.
• Experience in the power supply or electronics industry is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, independent working, and deadline management skills.
• Availability to travel approximately 30% for customer visits, end-user meetings, and industry exhibitions.
