Staff Engineer, RPM Growth & Platform (AI/Healthcare)

Location: New York City / US East Coast; remote engineering team with working hours aligned to US clinics and patients.

Salary: $170,000–$230,000 annually for NYC

What you will do

• Ship remote patient monitoring growth initiatives from concept through production, including enrollment flows, patient outreach, engagement features, and provider tools.
• Translate patient and provider feedback into useful product improvements.
• Help shape platform architecture as the product scales to larger health systems.
• Work on Aria, an AI coach for diabetes management.
• Own bug and vulnerability management, including triage and resolution.
• Investigate patient support cases requiring engineering expertise.

Requirements

• Strong record of shipping widely used products and providing technical leadership on systems that scaled significantly; typically 8+ years of experience.
• Experience founding a product or being an early engineer at a startup.
• Ability to turn ambiguous growth ideas into measurable product outcomes.
• Strong full-stack TypeScript skills across frontend, backend, and data.
• Daily experience building with AI tools and evaluating their output.
• Strong product sense and empathy for patients and clinicians.
