IT Operations Team Lead (Baltics & Finland)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; approximately 25–30% travel across Lithuania, Estonia, and Finland is required.

Annual salary: €64,800–€72,000, plus a bonus scheme with a maximum bonus of 10%.

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and mentor the IT Infrastructure team serving regional business operations.
• Oversee servers, networks, storage, telecommunications, virtualization, performance, availability, and security.
• Lead infrastructure projects, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and regional modernization initiatives.
• Coordinate incident response and recovery, act as the primary escalation point, and prevent recurring issues.
• Plan infrastructure capacity, optimize resource utilization, and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage infrastructure vendors, contracts, service-level agreements, and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and team leadership.
• Strong technical knowledge of servers, networks, storage, and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with IT service management frameworks, including ITIL.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, project management, organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent English and a valid driving licence are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, or ITIL certifications.
• Experience in a Shared Services environment.
• Experience working across multiple countries and cultures.
