Flow Line Coordinator (Manufacturing): Coordinating the flow, sequencing, and availability of components and materials for forklift assembly with an accent on production scheduling, inventory accuracy, and customer demand fulfillment. Focus on managing SAP/AS400 documents, resolving shortages and inventory discrepancies, coordinating engineering changes, and maintaining on-time delivery of re-promise dates.

Location: Sulligent, Alabama, United States. Onsite manufacturing role at Bolzoni US Sulligent; relocation assistance is not available.

What you will do

  • Coordinate the flow, sequencing, and availability of components and materials for forklift assembly.
  • Analyze forklift builds and production documents in SAP/SRM to support daily customer responsiveness and on-time performance.
  • Manage Kanban, NRK, POS, clear-to-ship, backlog, and daily slot reports across stores, assembly, and fabrication.
  • Monitor lineside inventory, safety stock, shortages, obsolescence, receiving discrepancies, and inventory accuracy.
  • Communicate material shortages, production risks, truck re-promise dates, and daily activity to supervisors, management, planning, purchasing, and marketing.
  • Coordinate service orders, external customer requirements, and Engineering Change Note breakpoints while minimizing obsolescence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least one year of manufacturing experience, or at least three years of manufacturing experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Functional knowledge of Demand Flow Technology, assembly, and fabrication.
  • Experience coordinating with planning, stores, scheduling, engineering, data control, and purchasing.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with heavy equipment or big lift-truck systems is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP, AS400, Oracle, JD Edwards, NOMS, CORE, or EDM is preferred.
