Project Manager (Fintech)

hirify.global develops SaaS solutions for financial institutions, combining digital banking, account opening, and branch capabilities through an API-first platform.

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end execution of medium- to large-scale client transformation programs.
• Manage timelines, risks, scope documentation, project plans, dashboards, status calls, and stakeholder alignment.
• Establish and update integrations such as SAML SSO, OIDC SSO, Aspects, and Image Services.
• Manage Marketplace onboarding phases and assess their impact on project readiness and timelines.
• Coordinate with integration QA and cross-functional teams to track dependencies and escalate delivery risks.
• Improve templates, documentation, workflows, and delivery efficiency using automation and AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 4+ years of related experience in customer-facing project coordination.
• Experience managing project scope, status, blockers, documentation, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Strong communication, influencing, listening, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Smartsheet or equivalent project management tools.
• Ability to learn financial services, integration, and extensibility concepts quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS or fintech project roles.
• Exposure to SSO technologies, including SAML and OIDC.
• Exposure to digital content curation mechanisms, user groups, iframes, and higher and lower environments.
