Digital Recruitment Associate

Location: Remote Serbia (Belgrade); permanently remote. Core working hours are 3:00 AM–3:00 PM EST, with flexible start and end times and the option to split hours into multiple blocks.

Salary: $800–$1,200 per month, based on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and hiring platforms.
• Screen applications and resumes and conduct interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Create and publish job advertisements and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment records, and hiring metrics using an ATS.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Monitor recruitment trends, market conditions, and talent acquisition best practices.

Requirements

• Entry-level profile with 0–3 years of experience; recent graduates and early-career professionals are welcome.
• Required language: English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, presentation skills, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage candidates across multiple roles, including statuses, resumes, interview notes, and assessments.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring or working with UI/UX designers.
• Understanding of design roles and creative portfolios.
