What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process within the Risk or Analytics hiring streams.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, GetMatch, and other professional job boards.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate the overall hiring workflow.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to ensure a steady flow of talent.
• Partner with hiring managers and stream leads to drive informed hiring decisions.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate data within the ATS.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in recruitment, preferably within a product or tech company.
• Proven experience using sourcing tools like LinkedIn or GetMatch.
• Ability to remain organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• English: B2 or higher required for communication with an international team.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from offices in Serbia or Georgia.
