Internship in Automotive Radar Sensor Technology Development (Automotive Radar)

What you will do

• Investigate automotive radar sensors, especially radar frontends.
• Develop MATLAB-based measurement automation setups.
• Perform, analyze, and document mmWave measurements.
• Conduct electromagnetic simulations of passive mmWave components.
• Work with an international engineering team and learn automotive radar sensor development processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical, communications, automotive, or similar engineering.
• Experience programming with MATLAB and C++.
• Experience with measurement technologies and laboratory work, preferably involving mmWave technology.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent spoken and written English required.
• Current enrollment certificate, transcript of records, and confirmation that a mandatory internship is required by the study regulations.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of automotive radar systems and ADAS functions.
• Basic German.
