Analytical Consultant (Retail Vertical)

Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid work arrangement

Annual salary: 10,421,000–12,500,000 HUF plus annual bonus

What you will do

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with assigned retailer clients.
• Understand customer priorities, business challenges, industry trends, and strategic objectives.
• Deliver retail measurement insights, analyses, presentations, and consultative recommendations.
• Drive customer engagement and adoption of hirify.global products, services, and solutions.
• Monitor customer health, resolve issues, and implement retention and growth strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and the Reporting Hub to deliver customer solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• Strong understanding of the retail and tech and durables or FMCG industries.
• Ability to interpret data and translate complex analyses into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Hungarian.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
