Salary: USD 141,400–226,300 annually or CAD 123,300–203,500 annually; actual pay depends on location, experience, and job-related factors.

What you will do

• Design and implement architectures using state-of-the-art generative AI models for dialog, destination entry, search, and other domains.
• Optimize large language models through prompting and fine-tuning to improve accuracy, naturalness, and performance.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to develop customized LLM-based solutions.
• Research and enhance models for high performance and speed on resource-constrained platforms.
• Track advances in generative AI, dialog systems, and language modeling and incorporate relevant techniques into production systems.

Requirements

• Extensive experience and demonstrated mastery in developing large language models.
• Experience integrating LLMs with dialog systems, virtual assistants, automatic speech recognition, visual processing, or text-to-speech applications.
• Advanced degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field; a Ph.D. is preferred.
• Exceptional Python programming skills and the ability to implement complex machine-learning algorithms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
