What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of pensions and data specialists.
• Set objectives and maintain performance, quality, and customer outcome standards.
• Oversee the validation, preparation, and loading of customer and pension scheme data.
• Manage valuation loadings, full scheme loadings, and Early Scheme Reviews.
• Plan resources to meet operational service levels and contractual commitments.
• Identify operational and data risks, improve controls, and support strategic readiness.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Defined Benefit pension schemes.
• Experience leading and developing an operational team.
• Experience managing data-led or customer-focused operations in insurance, banking, or another regulated environment.
• Relevant pensions qualification such as PMI or CII, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organisational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and manage competing priorities.
