TL;DR
IT Analyst (Technology Integration): Supporting the implementation, testing, evaluation, and integration of technology solutions for business and IT teams with an accent on system integration, requirements analysis, and process improvement. Focus on analyzing applications, data, platforms, and interfaces, documenting standards, and supporting local migration and delivery initiatives.
Location: Piracicaba, São Paulo, Brazil; on-site five days a week

What you will do
- Support the implementation, development, testing, and integration of new and existing technologies.
- Analyze business and technology needs and recommend enhancements to technology products and solutions.
- Evaluate applications, systems, networks, data, software, hardware, and development tools.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to identify process improvements and support efficient ways of working.
- Prepare documentation, standard operating procedures, methodology materials, and IT standards.
- Support local system integration initiatives, including interfaces, data, platforms, and migration plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Pre-Advanced English.
- Experience or knowledge in IT, systems, applications, technology implementation, or technology support.
- Basic knowledge of business process analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, and process improvement.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site five days a week in Piracicaba, São Paulo.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting SAP modules such as EWM, SPP, or CRM.
- Experience with application delivery, system implementation, technology integration, or digital transformation.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle, Agile, testing, user acceptance testing, or release support.
- Knowledge of enterprise applications, databases, APIs, cloud platforms, infrastructure, or integration tools.
- Experience creating process flows, standard operating procedures, or technical and business requirements.
