Manager Business Development & Analytics

Location: Lund, Sweden; the role includes approximately 20 travel days per year.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a newly created team of six senior professionals.
• Drive planning and strategic purchasing across the global organization.
• Lead process development projects and develop tools and routines for data analysis.
• Develop the Reverse Supply Chain offering and contribute to its future strategy.
• Support performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency across Reverse Supply Chain.
• Contribute actively to the Reverse Supply Chain management team.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field.
• Previous management experience leading senior colleagues.
• Experience in supply chain management within a global environment.
• Ability to navigate and collaborate successfully within a global structure.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English are required.
• Experience driving development agendas within supply chain.

Nice to have

• Experience in aftermarket operations.
• Experience in an electronics manufacturing company.
