Senior AI Solution Architect

What you will do

• Design production-ready AI systems for customer experience, contact center, self-service, agent copilot, journey management, and back-office automation use cases.
• Architect RAG and enterprise knowledge solutions, including content structuring, chunking, embeddings, ranking, governance, and freshness.
• Define AI evaluation frameworks, quality metrics, test sets, monitoring, feedback loops, and business outcome measurements.
• Design contextual AI experiences using customer data, interaction history, conversation state, external signals, and orchestration patterns.
• Optimize solutions for latency, throughput, reliability, scalability, voice responsiveness, and cost efficiency.
• Support presales through technical discovery, demonstrations, prototypes, integrations, workshops, coaching, and executive-level solution discussions.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience designing modern AI solutions using machine learning, NLU/NLP, retrieval systems, LLMs, orchestration, tool use, and agentic approaches.
• Expertise integrating AI with enterprise platforms, knowledge sources, RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, identity systems, and cloud ecosystems.
• Experience with AI evaluation, governance, observability, retrieval quality, tool-call accuracy, safety, drift, auditability, and cost control.
• Strong executive communication, technical demonstration, sales partnership, business value orientation, and ability to influence CIO/CTO stakeholders.
• Practical experience with prompt design, context strategies, AI workflow optimization, and foundational programming concepts; Python is preferred.
• Fluency in English and French is required. Dutch fluency is a plus.
