Fullstack Developer (AI)

Location: Hybrid work based in Sofia, with in-person collaboration at the Sofia office

What you will do

• Design and build product features end to end across backend systems, user interfaces, and infrastructure.
• Own new systems from initial version through real-world usage, scaling, and ongoing improvement.
• Work with product decision-makers to ship quickly, gather user feedback, and iterate.
• Identify problems independently and develop practical solutions without relying on fully predefined specifications.
• Improve system architecture, performance, and reliability while avoiding unnecessary complexity.

Requirements

• Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Google Cloud, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with modern AI development tools and environments, including Cursor and Claude Code.
• Experience processing large volumes of data, especially unstructured text.
• Understanding of search and information retrieval systems, including vector databases, embeddings, RAG, and indexing.
• Ability to build systems from scratch in an environment where not everything is predefined or documented.
• Strong attention to detail, systems thinking, and architectural judgment, including the ability to catch edge cases and avoid unnecessary complexity.
