MRTT+ Industrialization Supply Chain & Quality Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Getafe Area, Madrid, Spain; hybrid working model where possible, with occasional supplier travel typically 4–5 times per year.

What you will do

• Represent hirify.global before national and international suppliers as the operations, industrialization, and quality leader.
• Participate in supplier selection and provide technical and industrial approvals.
• Lead the industrialization of work packages to ensure on-time, high-quality production.
• Monitor supplier operational performance, conduct quality audits, deploy APQP, and execute First Article Inspections.
• Lead root cause analyses, corrective and preventive action plans, and quality escape and non-conformity management.
• Lead supplier recovery plans and field-level actions during operational crises.

Requirements

• Aeronautical Engineering degree preferred, or Industrial or Chemical Engineering degree with a strong industrialization background.
• 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Quality or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong technical background in Manufacturing Engineering or Product Quality.
• Expertise in APQP deployment, quality escapes and non-conformity management, root cause analysis, and First Article Inspection.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, active listening, proactive decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish required for negotiation and collaboration.

• Availability and willingness to travel, typically 4–5 trips per year, with a higher frequency possible depending on the project phase.
