Senior Supply Planner – EMEA (Renewable Energy)

What you will do

• Develop and manage supply plans for assigned suppliers, commodities, projects, and products across EMEA.
• Translate demand, forecasts, sales orders, project schedules, and inventory needs into executable supply plans and allocations.
• Identify and resolve supplier delays, shortages, capacity constraints, quality issues, logistics disruptions, and planning exceptions.
• Lead supplier recovery plans with defined actions, owners, milestones, commitments, and escalation points.
• Manage supplier performance reviews, executive escalations, and cross-functional alignment with Procurement, Sourcing, Program Management, Logistics, Quality, Operations, Finance, and Engineering.
• Improve planning processes, reporting, master data, supplier performance, and material readiness across EMEA.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in supply planning, materials planning, production planning, supplier management, or a related function.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, renewable energy, solar, or complex project-based supply chains.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, supply planning, capacity planning, inventory management, supplier performance, production lead times, S&OP, and demand planning.
• Expert Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query, Power Pivot, Solver, data modeling, and advanced analytics, plus experience with ERP and supply-planning systems.
• Fluent English required; additional European languages are advantageous.

Nice to have

• Anaplan, Power BI, advanced supply-chain analytics, and dashboard automation experience.
• Master’s degree or APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with supplier QBRs, executive escalations, supplier development, NPI, strategic capacity planning, and solar tracker components.
• Experience managing suppliers and supply plans across multiple countries and manufacturing locations.
