What you will do

• Analyze system development processes and identify repetitive, low-value tasks suitable for automation.
• Design and develop algorithms and AI solutions to automate tasks and optimize workflows.
• Facilitate data-driven problem solving and mitigate design issues through DFMEA facilitation.
• Support Process Assurance Reviews during systems development.
• Capture lessons learned to improve quality standards and prevent design issues.

Requirements

• Engineering or technical data analysis background.
• Experience in data analysis and the aeronautics industry.
• Proficiency in Python and associated libraries.
• Autonomous, proactive, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a transnational environment.
