Consumer Panel Administrator

Location: Bezons, France; local presence required two days per week

Salary: €34,600–€35,800 per year

What you will do

• Execute data acquisition processes and sample maintenance for a consumer panel of approximately 20,000 households in France.
• Manage survey activities, including questionnaire testing, validation, launch, monitoring, and compliance with panel governance and quality standards.
• Maintain panel member motivation through rewards points and gifts.
• Coordinate with local Input Validation and Statistical Operations teams to ensure smooth operational hand-offs.
• Manage communications with global external providers, including helpdesk services.

Requirements

• English and French language skills required.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience handling and manipulating data.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with several interacting teams.
• Ability to document work, prioritize documentation, and work independently or as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python.
• Experience managing multiple projects with changing deadlines and priorities.
